Electric Power Engineering - where I, as a professor for 30 years, have placed the four courses I have taught on the web for use by both students and teachers. I have also included many links that I have found useful in my career of teaching students, conducting research, consulting, and being a volunteer in the major worldwide technical society of my profession.
The Internet - whose existance I discovered in 1987, when it was not generally known or used, and was much less user friendly. I began my current interest of making it useful to individuals and companies. I have included a large number of links (for use by myself and anyone else who finds them useful or interesting), sample web sites that I have created, and a lot of information to help others build their own sites, or update an existing one. The column I write appears on the web and is mailed to over 350 thousand engineers who live and work in some 130 countries around the world.
The Private Directory is for family members and close friends (accessible by entering a logon name and password). There are also public directories with other interests.
Web Techniques As you browse this site, you will find examples of different display formats as well as many techniques used in well designed web sites - not a lot of large graphics but content - well placed and effectively presented. Your comments are always welcome.
